search syntax for searching community/help

What is the search syntax for searching the community and help forums?
For example, I want to find out how to implement my weekly bank transfer for my child's ALLOWANCE but when I search I get every post with the word ALLOW.
So I assume the default is a fuzzy search for similar terms--but is there a way to precisely specify exact search terms?
meta comment--I apologize if this question has already been answered but I had trouble searching the help...nyuk nyuk nyuk

What is supposed to work is enclosing the search term in quotes: "allowance". That doesn't work.Use an external search engine such as Google and add site:community.quicken.com to the search parameters.
