Quicken not printing negative budget numbers...

For some reason, Quicken Premier will not print negative numbers when I try to print my actual to budget report. The numbers show (in red..) in my printer preview but are not on the output page. All ink cartridges are full. It was working a week ago and no changes to my printer. I did do the most recent Quicken update about a week ago. Any ideas?

If you go to Windows settings >Devices > Printers & Scanners, select the printer, then click on Manage and Print a test page, do you see red print?

Thanks! Cleaning the print head fixed the problem....
