    My Number Lock is on and the keypad doesn't work, I press numbers on the keypad and nothing happens in the amount box but the numbers on the keyboard do work, this happened with version before R42.21 and I just updated and the problem remains.

    Hi @Greg Kramer,

    Have you seen this problem with any other applications (like excel)?

    If you haven't already, I suggest that you close all open applications and reboot your computer.  Let us know how that goes.

    Do the number keys above the letters work?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
