How do I get my budgeted transfer in and out items to appear in my Current Budget report?

In my Planning budget, I have added transfer in items (shows as Personal Income) and transfer out items (shows as Personal Expense). When I go to Reports, they do show up in my Income and Expense by Category report, but the transfers in and out do not show up in my Current Budget report (comparing budget to actual).

On the Current Budget report click on the gear to customize it and then go to the Advanced tab. Near the bottom where it shows "Transfers" pick "include all".
