How to fix random missing Schwab Brokerage downloads to Quicken for Windows

I get these every month or so. The latest is a JP Morgan bond that was redeemed. The final interest earned was correctly sent to Schwab Checking acct. However there was no downloaded transaction that removes the bond shares from the Brokerage account, putting the cash into the Checking account. I can't find any way to generate that transaction - Quicken prevents it. Any one have a work around?
