add account to one step update

How do I ADD an account to one step update? I know how to get in to it and see what accounts I already have, but HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS?????

    One Step Update merely reflects those accounts you have setup for Online Services.  
    Just go to your accounts, and Edit the Account and setup the online services for that account.
