Windows R42.21 Display Issues

REGISTER - Unable to use lower right corner of register. A raised area on the register display is disabled for user selection. Last 5 lines of the right columns are disabled.
See the attached image. Note the payment thru Balance columns are in a raised area. I can't select anything in that area. I can TAB into the area.

Is there a popup window from the Windows Taskbar or another program "bleeding through"?
Have you rebooted Windows since installing the Quicken update?

Yes that was the problem. Reboot fixed the issue. I should have noticed it was in a specific location on the screen. Thanks for your help.0
