Quicken crashes when I manually enter a Buy transaction

When I want to create a Bought Transaction for an action, I write the security name and when I press "Enter", I have a crash report. What should I do to fix this problem?

I had a conversation with the support to try differents options and nothing give any good results. The crash report always appear. The last thing they suggest me is to uninstall and reinstall Quicken. I did it and when I enter a buy transaction, I have always the crash report. I use de last version R42.11.
