Print is all shoved in corner - Page scaling options are grayed out

Would anyone have any idea why - no matter what I try to print - reports or invoices - the Page Scaling options in Print window would be grayed out and the in the print preview window - the print is all shoved in small print in the upper corner of page?

Are you referring to the print preview or the actual printed output?

There is a long-standing issue with Quicken's print preview if your Windows text size is not set to 100%. Please see this discussion
