Enter a valid date

I continue to get a "Enter a valid date" error message after every reconciliation on every bank/investment account I have (and it's a lot). I can close the error message and motor on, but it's aggravating as heck, especially since i have to pay for annual subscriptions now. I've checked everything, called support (spent over an hour on the phone troubleshooting) and still no fix.

I have the same problem. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. Did nothing but waste time. Any other solutions?
