Student Loan account transfer

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I had a student loan account with Great Lakes Student Loans. This account was transferred to Nelnet. When I attempt to transfer a balance, the Great Lakes loan is not an option to transfer the student loan from. How do I do this in Quicken?
