Loss of Budget and Reconciled info

So all of a sudden I had major problems with my budget info. It was backed up to a backup folder and not a onedrive folder. So I have been trying to repair all the problems caused by the latest Quicken updates. Here are my current issues, starting at 2/26/2020 nothing shows as reconciled and starting at 8/18/2020 I have lost about half of my budget categories. I have replaced my budget categories for 2022, and I am not real concerned about 2020 and 2021, but here is my question. How do I reconcile when I don't know the starting amount back on 2/26/2020? Trying to reconcile for over 2.5 years is going to be a real pain in the neck.
