Help? Chat? and "don't add to quicken"

Does the chat ever work? It was slow, then I couldn't even get a new window open after it crashed several times. How do I get around the "don't add to quicken" error?

    I am sorry to hear about these issues with the chat client, and with this error message that you are receiving. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

    First, are you referring to the Quicken Support chat client, and what browser are you interacting on? Also, I need to know a little more about the error message you are describing. Are you noticing this when trying to add a new account in your Quicken software, or when you are attempting to link an already existing account? When did this begin?
