cannot sign in to quicken on my PC

I keep getting my login rejected and see my acccounts then it flips to login and I login with my details and it just keeps asking for my User id and Password which are correct as I am logged in on the Web with this pswd and User Id

Check if Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
