Don't want to highjack the thread but I have not been able to connect to Delta Community Credit union since June 6th. After several phone calls to Quicken and hours on the phone with DCCU I have given up. I just export my transactions once a week. Quicken blames DCCU and DCCU blames Quicken. Funny thing is every time I export into Quicken I get a diaglog box telling me there is a "better way" that I can download transaction in one step. But hey, I can't.

    Hello @CinchMF

I am sorry to hear about these issues with account connectivity. Thank you for reaching out about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, are you receiving any error messages when attempting to download transactions or update your accounts? Are transactions simply missing? Also, what connection method are you using to try to link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.

I look forward to working with you on this issue further, if necessary.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
