Column headers don't appear

I could swear I posted about this previously (or maybe commented on someone else's post), but I can no longer find that.

I cannot see the text of the column headers in MOST of my portfolio windows/views.  If I hover over them, I can see what the column is, but I have to remember what each column is because the hover text disappears if I move my mouse.  If I resize SOME columns, the text shows up, but that doesn't work for all columns - and, for those that I resize, it resets and the text disappears again, if I close and reopen the window.

This happens in MOST investment screens.
