"Online Banking and Known Issues" page warning [Edited]

The "Online Banking and Known Issue" forum is where Quicken lists all the ongoing problems with their infrastructure. This list used to be about 8-10 issues at any given moment.  Today, the "ongoing issues" list is four pages long with 96 current, ongoing issues and growing.
