FWIW, In addition to reporting the 2FA to Quicken support, I also talked to G1. They read me an internal memo from their IT department to CSR (because customers aren't good enough to be informed) that as of July 28, 2022, any and all 3rd party (ie: Mint, Quicken, Venmo, etc) software connections will require 2FA. NO EXCEPTIONS! My follow up question was,"...if the major financial institutions in America have confidence in the Quicken connection, does your institution not trust your own IT department with the security of connections...?" Of course, I received no reply. So, unless we G1 customers or Quicken support can garner some good will, looks like we're stuck for the time being.
