CIBC QFX files do not produce results in the upload process

It started august 12 2022... quicken upload starts but do not update the account without producing any message.

Process has been working well for may months before.

    I have noticed that using the CIBC French site or CIBC English site
    made a difference
     as if the QFX file you link to your CIBC account in Quicken included a language preference

    I normally use the French CIBC site for downloading QFX files and it works well but I think I use the English site once and had a problem similar to what you mention
  • RESOLVED by downloading all transactions of the month and reloading them

    As a note, the issue I raised about the language and the QFX download file
    is not with CIBC but with AMEX Canada
