Can't add 2nd account with same bank on Quicken Deluxe, version R42.21 for Windows

I have two different bank accounts with the same bank. They each have their own login and password. I am able to add one of them without a problem. When I try to add the other, it acts like it's downloading but when completed it shows a blank page. I can then press connect, again, this time it shows that there are accounts but nothing is listed. If I then try again, everything crashes and Quicken shuts down.
I've signed out of Quicken, shut down and signed back in only to have this repeat itself.
