Since recent backup all split transactions are lost.

We use Quicken 2016 for balancing our church finances. I recently realized that any split transactions are no longer split for all transaction that predate the date of the last backup file that was created (March 2022). Is there a way to get these transactions back without losing any transactions entered since that date?
