Why can't I upgrade?

I have Quicken starter, and want to upgrade to deluxe - but it doesn't seem to allow me to do this, can anyone help?

You haven't said what occurs when you try to upgrade. You have to purchase the Deluxe edition by logging into your Quicken account and making the purchase. It is pretty straightforward. Use this link.
