Capitol One not syncing

I have been following the posts regarding Capitol One not working. Not being able to sync with Capitol One makes my Quicken application useless! As someone who has spent a career in IT I don't understand why it is taking this long to resolve regardless of whose issue it is. I'm very upset!!
