There is a thread here regarding downloading data for the Bloomingdales Amex card, and noting that because it is not a true Amex card using "American Express" as the bank does not work. Although it is unclear why, the solution is to choose "Bloomingdales Visa" when setting up automatic downloads. Doing so sets up an Express Web Connect connection, and you can download both the Bloomingdales Amex data and the Bloomingdales In-Store data.
