Chase EWC "upgrade" issues 08/2022

For starters, I followed the instructions when prompted. When the accounts were authorized in Chase, I went back to the Quicken screen and the only available "link to" accounts were BoA....???? So Quicken created new, redundant accounts, losing ALL the previous categorizations. Restored backup, tried again, same thing. Restored backup, went into individual accounts and deactivated/re-linked and after that I could link to the correct, existing accounts.... but it still loses ALL my categorizations for those accounts. To be sure this EWC switch can be done without losing all of those years of category data. Any help on this?
