Why doesn't quicken open the online payment center when reconciling my credit card statement?

Until a few weeks ago, when I completed reconciling my credit card with a balance due, Quicken would give me the option to open the online payment center and pay the balance. This dialog no longer appears, and I have to manually set up the payment, adding several steps and a couple of potential error points. How can I get the old behavior back?

    Hi @tlscales

    To get that prompt back, you should:

    1) Click on the "Edit" button at the top left:
    2) Select "Preferences..."
    3) Click on "Alerts & Messages":
    4) Click on the "Reset Quicken Warnings" button;
    5) Click "OK"

    That should reset things so that you'll get that prompt next time you do a reconciliation.
