Phone / chat support

Situated abroad, I need to contact Quicken support, but while it say's that support hours are from 5AM-5PM eastern time, at 6:54AM, on Aug. 23., both phone and chat support are still closed!!
Anybody know what is going on??

Seem I got it wrong. - hours are not EST, but PST. Makes quite a difference.
