On Going Chrysler Capital Connection Issue

When I do an automatic update of my account I get the following error, The institution hasa forced a one-time access code requirement prior to accessing the account. They will either email you or send over the phone the access code. Quicken does prompt for the method of getting the access code, and the prompts for the access code once it is received by me. I enter it and I receive the following error (see image 1) I try fixing it and same error, I try to create a new account in quicken and I get the following error ( see image 2), i try again and same results so I cancel.

I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-506 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
