PNC Webconnect works again for existing accounts -- BUT can't add my new home equity line of credit

Trying to add in Quicken Win a new Home Equity LOC for PNC but getting a message that Quicken can't establish a connection with PNC -- all other existing accounts are updating correctly again (finally) but now can't add a new account. Any suggestions?
