What happend to QuickPay checks that are in process after QuickPay is broken?

I've had occasions where the connection between QuickPay and my QuickPay checking account is broken. Apparently, this happens if you do a restore from a Quicken backup.

So the question is... If I have QuickPay transactions scheduled for some tine in the future, they no longer show as being scheduled by QuickPay. 

Will the payment still be done per the schedule or are they deleted by QuickPay?
