NFCU Not Sending 2FA Text

Don't know if this is a problem on NFCU's side or Quicken's, but as of this morning, NFCU is not sending the 2FA text when I try doing a One Step Update (or even just a connect via the register).

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Help > About Quicken. What occurs when attempting to connect and download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What occurs when attempting to receive the 2FA text from Navy Federal?
