Citi CC-503

What's going on? I'm getting an error CC-503 when I try and download from Citibank. Password vault will NOT let me enter a password. Says it's no longer needed for Express Web Connect. How am I supposed to update my password if the password vault won't let me enter a password? The errors just keep on coming.

Hello @angry_user,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue and I do understand how frustrating it can be.
First, let's address the issue with the Password Vault. To start with, I suggest that you please try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Please let me know how this goes!-Quicken Jasmine

After changing the password at the bank's website, the next "Update Now" or One Step Update should return an error message and walk you thru the change password process.
