Chase deactivate account then link does not work for one of four accounts

WHY CANT I CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY.
Like everyone else, the new chase download is not working. I have three accounts under one user ID. I was getting an error message telling me I needed to relink one of my accounts. Per the discussions, I disconnected the offending account and relinked it. I no longer have the error message, but no transactions have downloaded since 8/11. Here is the authorization sequence.
