i recently downloaded Quciken from the website and now it wont let me download it to my laptop.

if you didn't download it to your laptop, where did you download it to? It sounds as if Quicken is not installed on your laptop, Login to your Quicken account on the Internet and download it again to your laptop. After the download, you may have to click on the exe file in the lower left-hand corner of your laptop screen to begin the installation process. You may also want to check your download folder to see if the Quicken exe file is there in which case you don't need to download it again. Double click the Quicken exe file in your download folder
