I just purchased the latest subscription and it wont let me link my RBC account, it keeps coming up with CC 508 and CC 587

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing these errors with your Royal Bank of Canada account(s). 

    I have located two support articles that discuss some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-508 error and a CC-587 error. You may follow these links here and here to access those FAQs. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
