CC-555 Error When Connecting to Credit One Bank [Edited]

I have been trying to download transactions via one-step update for several months. I keep getting Error CC-555, customer service at the bank isn't helpful. All they tell me is this one is on Quicken. Has anyone been able to get this to work?

Please take a moment to review this support article regarding error CC-555.
As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agent will need to collect and review your log files and may likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.
