Connection to Chase Bank [Edited]

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Every time I try to make the new connection with Chase bank, Quicken freezes. I have contacted Chase, and reset my 3rd party sharing options, but still nothing. I also have the latest version of Quicken. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been able to download via Quicken for over two months.
