Cannot connect to USAA. Errors CC-501, CC-502, Oops it's not your fault.

I cannot connect to USAA via Direct Connect. I have been trying for over a week. Get one of the above errors and asked to try again. I am not using a VPN. I have validated the file. All other institutions work great. Quicken tech support states the problem is at USAA. USAA IT Support states the problem is on Quicken's end. Are there any potential solutions?
