Can I set my Planning budget month to match my actual income dates

In budget planning I only seem to have the option of a calendar month view or a yearly view. I'd like to be able to set my budget month to match my income month (SS). I get my income on a specific day of the month, but the actual calendar day varies by each month. The monthly view in planning doesn't match up well i.e. income vs. expenses.

Sorry, you cannot change that. All you can do is change your fiscal year (such as April to March rather than January to December.)
I'm not sure what benefit you would get out of changing the definition of a budget month anyway. You receive your income once per month, no matter what specific day it is. You would have a month's worth of income to match up with a month's worth of expenses.
Unless you are really talking about cash flow and not budget planning. If that is the case, maybe you can create a custom income/expense report for the specific date ranges you are looking for.Quicken Windows user since 1993.
