Inner Lakes FCU

Inner Lakes FCU changed computer systems last month. Since that time, I have been unable to connect to my accounts. The credit union claims, they are waiting for quicken to certify the new banking software. Can someone tell me when quicken is going to certify it. It has been a month since I've had online access to my accounts.

    Has your bank initiated the change process with Intuit, the service provider for Quicken?
    Did they do so well in advance of the planned conversion date?
    Somebody at the bank or their IT service provider who is familiar with the Intuit/Quicken download processes better start making some calls to get the ball rolling.

    They claim they have, just waiting for approval from Intuit
