Live Oak Bank Not on Institution List

I haven't been able to download personal banking transactions from Live Oak Bank for a while now. Is this something that will be fixed soon?

    Have you asked your bank if they support transaction downloading into Quicken?
    If so, they should be able to tell you how to set it up.
    If they don't support Quicken, a letter or email to the office of the bank's president requesting the service might get the ball rolling. It's the bank who needs to start the connection process with Intuit as the service provider.
