    If you haven't already, please take a moment to review this error-specific support article regarding download error 105.

    As stated in the article, if the error persists after 24 to 48 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files and will likely be required to file an escalation.

    Keep in mind that our escalation team is closed on weekends, so we advise waiting until Tuesday as we are also closed on Monday due to Labor Day.
