I just installed Quicken Premier for Windows (R43.14) to a new computer: Mac studio, using Parallels VM. I notices that the calendar font does not match what I have chosen for my register. I have tried multiple fonts for the register and the calendar stays the same. Is there a way to have them match?

The fonts used in Quicken Windows outside of the banking register fonts are determined by Windows and could only be changed if you could sweet-talk Windows into changing them for you (as was once possible in early Windows versions). Screen resolution settings and some other settings in Control Panel can be used to influence font size, though.
Since you are using Parallels ... I found this old note in my records:
Change your configuration in Parallels and toggle between "Scaled" or "Best for Retina" and see which works better.
I'm not sure if this applies to you or if it would make a difference, but you might want to look into it.
