Cannot start Quicken, Scheduled Update hanging [edited title]

Quicken is frozen can not get into it at all, says it is completing an update and not to try opening until complete but has been that way for two days

    Look in Windows Task Manager for a task named bagent.exe (or similar name with a Quicken icon), representing your Scheduled Update that is supposed to run at night. You do run Scheduled Update to download transactions at night, don't you?
    Using Task Manager select that task name and click "End task" to terminate the process.
    Now all you got to do is to try and figure out which bank's download process caused the hang up. Or is it the Sync to cloud that's hanging?
