Chase Credit card transactions downloaded with "???" as the name.

When I download credit card transactions, they get downloaded with a payee name of "???". If I put my mouse over the ???, the actual payee name shows.

    Is it possible that a Renaming Rule was created using a Payee Name of "???" which now grabs and renames all your downloaded transactions in this account? If so, please delete the Renaming Rule.

    Thanks! I will try downloading info again tomorrow but I'm guessing that will work
