I confirmed that checking account category reflects as a transfer. How do I fix this?

I use my CC for all purchases and then transfer the money from checking

Please explain how this credit card payment transaction was created in Quicken:
    • Did you set up a Scheduled Reminder and enter it on or before due date?
    • Did you wait for a downloaded transaction to appear in one of the accounts and let Quicken automatically create a new transaction for you? Which account (checking or credit card)?
    • Other?
A few more details would be helpful so we can try to recreate the process.

In the credit card account is the payment in the right column but the balance is going the wrong way?  Like increasing?

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Yes, all were perfectly entered and categorized. Alvaro the support rep had to manually download the cc account and import, then delete the account that did not show the payments. He reviewed all and concluded it's was a system issue. Thank you both for responding.
