Express Web Connect Plus creates a new account, what next?

I have been dealing with Chase EWC+ and I don't understand why a new account is created. What do I do with the original account which is a credit card? I have years of data and I would like to keep everything in one account.
Also I too have repeated connect requests -- which I see is already noted.

    I see that this issue is addressed elsewhere so all I can do is complain and wait.
    Thank you quicken for rushing out a hack, you must work harder.
