Chase creating new accounts with bogus transactions

When I sync'd accounts this morning, Quicken indicated that I needed to activate the new Chase process. The process identified all my Chase accounts but it didn't offer me the option to link to an existing account in Quicken. I let it create the new accounts thinking I could simply delete the old accounts once I confirm balances. Unfortunately, the new accounts created had many extra transactions that made absolutely no sense. I deleted the new accounts since it'll take me weeks to resolve all the bogus transactions. Once I did that, Quicken still says I need to activate the new Chase process. How to I get Quicken to let me link the 'new' accounts to accounts already in Quicken?
