Updating my Capital One CC account always fails with this error. I have reported issue to quicken many times, no resolution.

    I'm not sure "Capital One Card - Current" is what you should be connecting to. Have you tried switching to "Capital One Card Services"?

    Also, there's some sort of outstanding problem for some Capital One card users; I'm not sure if this is related to your problem or not since it's been an ongoing problem for a lot longer than 1 month:
