I have been getting an OL-220 attempting to access data from Pershing via NetEx. Is anybody else also having that issue? Fixes?

I am sorry to hear about this problem with the OL-220 error message. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
If you have the chance, review the information provided in this Support Article. Make sure that none of the items under Before you begin apply, then see if the issue is continuing after 24 hours. If the problem is ongoing, let us know what connection method you are making use of, if you can.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you,
Quicken Jared0 -
The problem has been ongoing for at least 4-5 days. There is no VPN issue. Pershing is accessed by Direct Connect. Please assist.0

Hello @lfields333,
Thank you for providing more information.
Per the FAQ provided by @Quicken Jared:- Direct Connect - You will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you to ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.

Pershing says it is a Quicken issue, and Quicken says it is a Pershing issue. Don't you think instead of my trying to communicate with each of you (knowing nothing), it might make sense for Quicken to reach out to Pershing and speak the same language between you, and get the problem fixed. Blaming each other works to nobody's benefit.1

I am having the same issue, and agree with everything lfields333 says, especially the last comment about not continuing with the double finger pointing.

OK...I just solved my Pershing problem. Suggestion to all...make sure that the accounts in Quicken that are attempting to sync with Pershing match the open accounts at Pershing. In my case, I had 2 closed IRA accounts at Pershing and I forgot to deactivate the accounts on Quicken. As soon as I took that easy step, problem was solved. Was not the problem of either Quicken or Pershing.0

Thanks lfields333. I opened the Account List, and made sure all my hidden accounts had connections disabled. I am now connecting to Netx.

Glad I could help Ken. This past week was very frustrating trying to get the connection to work, as it has for many years. I wish either Quicken or Pershing was more interested in helping0
